ISRAEL AT 75

REGISTER NOW: As Israel turns 75, come with me on a Joshua Fund tour from Nov. 28 to Dec. 8, 2023

“This is the perfect year for all Christians to come see the very Land where Jesus preached and performed miracles — and where He’s coming back.”

JERUSALEM, ISRAEL – Have you ever wanted to visit Israel and to walk where Jesus and the apostles walked?

To see for yourself the places where Jewish prophets, priests and kings lived the very history we read about in the pages of our Bibles?

To understand what God is doing right now in the resurrected homeland that He gave to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and the patriarchs?

And to study the prophecies of the Bible about the future of Israel, the Church, and the world?

Good — this is the perfect year for all Christians to see the very Land where Jesus preached and performed miracles, and where He’s coming back.

As Israelis celebrate the 75th anniversary of our country’s dramatic rebirth in 1948, my wife, Lynn, and I invite ALL ISRAEL NEWS readers to join The Joshua Fund’s upcoming “Prayer & Vision Tour of Israel” from November 28 through December 8, 2023.

When Lynn and I founded The Joshua Fund back in 2006, one of our most passionate prayers was that we could help educate the Church about God’s passionate and everlasting love for Israel and her neighbors.

And one of the most exciting and impactful ways we get to do this is to invite believers to come visit us in the Holy Land – the very Epicenter of the world – and introduce them to the Land and the people and the promises that God made in His Word.

Over the past 17 years, we’ve had the joy of bringing thousands of Christians – young and old – to see where the Bible was written and show them where the life-changing stories that they grew up with actually happened.

It’s one of the greatest joys of our lives.

But there are still so many who have never seen this place for themselves.

So, let me invite you to bring your family – and invite your friends from church, work, and the neighborhood – on the adventure and spiritual journey of a lifetime.

WHAT MAKES A JOSHUA FUND TOUR UNIQUE?

“A tour through Israel – the melting pot of religion, culture, political complexity, and spiritual impact  –  is not a typical vacation,” says Chris Free, who serves as The Joshua Fund’s director of education and communications. “That’s why The Joshua Fund is excited to offer this very special tour to explore so many historical sites in the Holy Land, and meet Jewish and Arab followers of Jesus who are serving the Lord in this incredible place.”

“With COVID restrictions lifted and Israel's tourism industry coming back stronger than ever, it’s a fantastic time to visit,” Free adds. “Many people who wanted to come to Israel in 2020 and 2021 were unable to.”

“Now that everything has opened up again, people can set foot in the land of the Bible to see these historic landscapes firsthand. It’s a unique chance to experience Middle Eastern culture. Personally, the Bible came to life for me in a whole new and exciting way as I walked through the streets where Jesus ministered.”

Tour participants will have the opportunity to meet and interact with Carl Moeller, executive director of The Joshua Fund (TJF) – and my co-host on the “Inside The Epicenter” podcast. Carl will be joining us to explain what this ministry does not only to educate the Church worldwide, but also to provide humanitarian relief to the poor and needy in Israel – to Holocaust survivors, widows and orphans – as well as how TJF invests in the local believers here in Israel, in Palestinian communities and in five neighboring Arab countries.

You’ll also have the opportunity to meet a number of other TJF staff, including our Israeli staff, asking them questions and learning more about how God is using them to bless Israelis and Palestinians each and every day.

Lynn will be on the tour the whole time, sharing about what the Lord is doing to encourage and strengthen women in the Land, and answer your questions about how we can do more to pray for and support women and children in the Epicenter.

I’ll be touring the Land with everyone, as well, teaching at key Biblical locations, and answering your questions about Bible prophecy, the current political landscape, and the complexities of the relationship between Jews and Arabs, Christians and other minorities in the Land.

WHAT EXACTLY WILL YOU SEE ON THE TOUR?

Lord willing, we’ll be taking a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee – one of my favorite parts of our tours – even cutting the engines in the middle to stop and sing and worship the Lord Jesus Christ and celebrate His kindness and mercy to us all.

We’ll take you up to the Mount of Olives to study the Word.

We’ll pray in the Garden of Gethsemane.

We’ll walk the labyrinthian alleyways of the Old City of Jerusalem.

We’ll visit the empty tomb.

We’ll see where the Third Temple will one day stand.

And we’ll baptize people in the Jordan River.

WHERE ELSE WILL TOUR PARTICIPANTS GO?

“Upon arriving in Israel, we’ll be heading up to the Galilee region in northern Israel,” Chris Free notes. “We’ll wake up on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, visit an ancient synagogue in Capernaum, and go to the Mount of Beatitudes, the very location of the Sermon on the Mount.”

“We’ll head to Caesarea, the city where Peter preached his first sermon to the Gentiles and where he baptized Cornelius,” Free continued. “Tel Dan and its beautiful national park are also on the agenda. We plan to visit the excavated altar of Jeroboam's temple, see ancient Canaanite ruins, and even visit Megiddo, known in the Bible as Armageddon.”

A float in the Dead Sea and a visit to Masada in the Judean desert will be another highlight.

What’s more, we’ll introduce to Jewish and Arab heroes of the faith, pastors and ministry leaders who are serving Jesus on the front lines.

And you’ll meet a number of the ministry partners that The Joshua Fund invests in financially and prayerfully and hear their perspectives on the fruit that’s being born and the prayer requests they have.

I’ve helped with and spoken to hundreds of tour groups over the last two decades and I can guarantee you that a Joshua Fund tour is designed and run like no other tour I know of.

That’s why I truly believe this 2023 trip will be an unforgettable experience.

And I don’t want you to miss it.

That’s why I encourage all of our ALL ISRAEL NEWS and ALL ARAB NEWS readers to register soon while we still have space.
