IDF arrests 21 wanted suspects, confiscates weapons in West Bank counterterror operations
The Israeli army arrested 21 wanted terror suspects and confiscated weapons and explosives in overnight counterterror operations, the IDF stated on Thursday. Four of the individuals arrested are affiliated with the terror organization Hamas.
In the village Beit Omar, Israeli forces sealed off the offices of the Islamic Charity Association that are linked to the funding of Hamas and employed some of its members while in al-Birah, a printing house that produced propaganda materials for Hamas.
Numerous clashes with armed terrorists broke out during the IDF’s operations, the Israeli soldiers suffered no injuries.
Since the beginning of the war, approximately 2,200 wanted persons have been arrested throughout Judea and Samaria, around 1,100 of whom are associated with the terrorist organization Hamas.
